These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and Alexandra Ninfo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting these Terms or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to follow them. Please read them carefully and reach out to info@AlexandraNInfo.com if you have questions.

1. Joining the Affiliate Program

Submitting an application does not automatically make you an approved affiliate. Participation requires our approval, completion of the required onboarding, and activation of your affiliate account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details current, and protect your login credentials.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion.

Our Affiliate Hub, affiliate portal, and official communications provide additional program instructions. You agree to follow those instructions, including offer-specific eligibility and promotion requirements. Changes to these Terms are handled as described below.

2. Eligible Programs and Qualifying Sales

Affiliates may earn commissions on designated entry-level and Level 1 programs and any other offers we expressly identify as commission-eligible (“Eligible Programs”). Available offers and enrollment windows may change. Check the Affiliate Hub, your affiliate portal, and our official updates for current information.

A “Qualifying Sale” is a purchase of an Eligible Program properly attributed to your assigned referral link or personalized coupon code (“Referral Materials”) that otherwise complies with these Terms. The customer may be new to Alexandra Ninfo LLC or may have purchased from us before.

Level 2 and higher programs are not commission-eligible unless we expressly designate them as eligible and enable the appropriate Referral Materials. You are welcome to organically share your experiences in higher-level programs! Just accurately identify the program you’re discussing and avoid suggesting that its content is included in a different offer. Referral Materials may not be used for ineligible purchases, and no commission is payable on those purchases.

3. Referral Links, Coupon Codes, and Tracking

You may use either your assigned referral link or personalized coupon code to refer customers to Eligible Programs. Eligible purchases made using your personalized coupon code receive a 10% customer discount. A referral link does not necessarily apply that discount automatically.

Referral links use a 30-day tracking window, subject to the capabilities and limitations of our third-party platforms. Cookies, browser settings, device changes, other referral activity, and technical issues can affect attribution. We cannot guarantee that every visit or purchase will be successfully tracked.

Commissions are determined using the attribution information available to us. If something looks incorrect, contact our affiliate team so we can review it. We may correct verified errors, but missing or incomplete tracking information may prevent us from confirming a referral.

4. Commission Rates

Everyone starts each calendar month at the Starter tier:

• Starter: Fewer than 5 Qualifying Sales during the calendar month earns 8% commission.

• Elite: 5 or more Qualifying Sales during the calendar month earns 10% commission on all Qualifying Sales from that month, including those made before reaching the fifth sale.

Your tier resets at the beginning of each calendar month. Sales from separate months are not combined to determine your tier, and a monthly reset does not change commissions already earned for a previous month.

Commissions apply to qualifying amounts actually paid for Eligible Programs, after applicable discounts and excluding taxes and amounts refunded, reversed, or otherwise not collected. Any offer-specific commission calculation or payment-plan treatment will be communicated before you promote that offer.

5. Payments and Account Standing

Commissions due for the previous calendar month are paid through PayPal by the second Friday of each month, subject to verification and receipt of the information needed to process payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any reasonably requested tax documentation. Missing information, payment-service issues, or a specific transaction dispute may delay the affected payment. We will communicate any issue that requires action from you.

You must remain in good standing with your payment obligations to Alexandra Ninfo LLC. An overdue balance may result in suspension of affiliate participation while the balance is addressed. Suspension alone does not erase valid commissions already earned.

We may correct commission errors and withhold, reverse, or recover commissions associated with refunded, charged-back, unpaid, fraudulent, improperly attributed, or otherwise ineligible purchases. If an incorrect commission has already been paid, we may request repayment or deduct that amount from future commissions, with an explanation of the adjustment.

6. Personal Purchases and Self-Use

Affiliate discounts and commissions are intended for genuine customer referrals. You may not use your own or another affiliate’s coupon code or referral link for your personal purchases. This includes arranging for someone else to make a purchase on your behalf to get around this rule.

Self-use does not qualify for commission. We may remove improperly applied discounts, recover improperly paid commissions, suspend participation, or terminate an affiliate account for violating this rule.

7. Sharing the Work Responsibly

Share honestly and speak from your actual experience. Your content must accurately describe the offer and must not include misleading claims, invented testimonials, guaranteed results, or unsupported health, financial, or other outcome claims.

Whenever you share a recommendation using Referral Materials, clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Your disclosure must be easy to notice, read, and understand alongside the recommendation. Follow applicable advertising laws and Federal Trade Commission disclosure requirements.

You may not use spam, deceptive promotions, unauthorized discounts, or misleading claims that you represent or speak for Alexandra Ninfo LLC. Participation also does not give you permission to solicit members inside our private programs or communities, collect their contact information, or add them to marketing lists without their consent.

8. Affiliate Hub, Training, and Promotional Materials

Our Affiliate Hub and training resources are provided to help you participate in the program. Nonpublic training, internal communications, customer information, and other confidential materials are for your authorized affiliate use only. Do not copy, sell, publicly distribute, or share them with unauthorized people.

We give active affiliates limited, nonexclusive, revocable permission to use approved public promotional materials and Referral Materials to promote Eligible Programs in accordance with these Terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of our content, name, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

Use materials as instructed and stop using outdated or withdrawn materials when notified. Do not modify approved assets in a way that changes their meaning or suggests claims or endorsements we have not authorized.

9. Launches, Challenges, and Special Incentives

From time to time, we may offer launch-specific challenges, rewards, or other incentives. Participation requirements, qualifying dates, rewards, and any additional conditions will be communicated separately through our official channels.

These opportunities are discretionary and are not guaranteed to continue or repeat. An announced reward is earned only when its communicated requirements are met.

10. Your Role as an Affiliate

You participate as an independent contractor. Being an affiliate does not make you an employee, legal partner, agent, or authorized representative of Alexandra Ninfo LLC. You may not enter into agreements or make commitments on our behalf.

You are responsible for your own expenses, applicable taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to your activities. We do not guarantee sales, commissions, income, or any particular result.

11. Participation, Inactivity, and Ending Your Account

There are no posting quotas. You choose a sharing rhythm that works for you.

We may periodically review inactive accounts and deactivate them with notice. You may also end your participation by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Terms, misuse of Referral Materials, fraud, misleading promotions, or other conduct that harms the program, our customers, or our business. We may also discontinue the Affiliate Program with notice.

When participation ends, you must stop using your Referral Materials and any promotional permissions granted under this agreement. Affiliate access may be removed. Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable under these Terms, subject to verification and applicable adjustments. Ending participation does not eliminate obligations relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, repayment, taxes, or other provisions intended to continue.

12. Availability and Warranties

We work to keep our program information accurate and our tools available, but errors and interruptions can happen. The Affiliate Program, Hub, portal, and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free tracking, or any particular outcome from participation.

13. Liability and Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandra Ninfo LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including lost anticipated profits, lost opportunities, or technical interruptions. This does not remove our obligation to pay valid commissions due under these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Alexandra Ninfo LLC and its owners and employees harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful or misleading promotions, infringement of another person’s rights, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own wrongful conduct.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the program develops. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect.

Continuing to participate after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, you may end your participation before the effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove valid commissions already earned.

15. Governing Law and General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

These Terms, together with program requirements expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your affiliate participation and replace prior agreements on that subject. Our general company terms continue to apply to your separate purchases and use of our services. If there is a conflict specifically concerning affiliate participation, these Affiliate Program Terms control.

You may not transfer your affiliate account or rights under this agreement without our written consent. We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of the relevant business, provided the successor assumes our obligations.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Choosing not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

16. Notices and Acceptance

Send notices and questions about these Terms to info@AlexandraNInfo.com. We may send notices to the email address associated with your affiliate account. Please keep that address current and monitor it for program updates.

By accepting these Terms or participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to them.
