Energetic Tool #1: Learn + Look at the “Reflection

Reflections are mirrors for us to see and recognize blocks we can shift. It's however we are being toward ourselves that gets reflected back to us in people, circumstances, and situations!

Whenever you get emotionally triggered about your career or money, it's a REFLECTION. You know you're experiencing a reflection when you get triggered and feel upset, angry, annoyed, etc. Understanding these reflections so you have the ability to learn from them is the tool! Example below.

An example of a health reflection could be that you get chronic headaches that you’ve never been able to shake. Ask yourself, “how do I feel like these headaches are being?”. Maybe you feel like they’re giving you a lot of pressure in your head. Then ask yourself, “where are you putting pressure on yourself?”. Maybe it’s in the financial area of life because you feel like you need to make more money than you currently do and if you don’t then it means something about you.

Energetic Tool #2: Reprogram Limiting Beliefs Around Finances/ Career With This “Ingredient

“What is one thing I can appreciate _____ (body part) for today?”

Examples of micromoments could be:

  • My idea that generated a client sign up for our program last month

  • I know how to have difficult conversations with team members better than anyone else: example is my call with Brittany

  • I worked overtime last week because I see + know the vision of the project and I pour my heart into the quality of my work

Ingredients are the tools to help you reprogram beliefs and create actual shifts. They are statements that you then prove to be true to yourself.

We’re giving you a specific ingredient to start with! Write this in the Notes app on your phone, and every morning, clock tiny tiny micromoments that happened from the previous day proving this statement true:

Physical Tool #1: The Math Equation You Didn’t Know You Needed

Mirror Connection


We need to stop being so critical of ourselves because the thoughts we have manifest and show up as physical ailments. This can show up from anything like broken nails, to headaches, to UTIs, to skin issues, to cancer, and everything in between. There’s an emotional root cause of every health issue we experience.

We need to genuinely feel and have love for ourselves to show up as our healthiest selves. What you’re going to start doing is fall in love with your physical body here. The physical practice is to stand in front of the mirror AT LEAST ONCE/ DAY (always in the morning minimum) and find one small thing you like about yourself, whether it's your hair, a manicure, or your left eyebrow that day. Focus only on that, and don’t leave the mirror until you feel good about it. You need to connect to feeling good about it! That might mean feeling giddy, smiling, getting chills… you’ll know once you’ve actually connected with it. Don’t leave the mirror until you’ve connected with that one thing. Throughout the day, keep that positive image in your mind. The goal is to shift your focus toward what you love about your physical self, building a better perception of yourself over time.
