Energetic Tool #1: Learn + Look at the “Reflection”

Reflections are mirrors for us to see and recognize blocks we can shift. It's however we are being toward ourselves that gets reflected back to us in people, circumstances, and situations!
Whenever you get emotionally triggered about your spirituality, it's a REFLECTION. You know you're experiencing a reflection when you get triggered and feel upset, angry, annoyed, etc. Understanding these reflections so you have the ability to learn from them is the tool! Example below.
Here is what a reflection can look like in the spiritual area of life: you’re beginning to train your intuition but each time you practice you have a hard time receiving clear information. To figure out what the reflection is, think about how you feel like this situation is being. Maybe you feel like your intuition is not working. We always want to point it back to ourselves, ask yourself “where do I feel like I’m not working or not doing things right?”. Maybe it’s in the mental area of life because the way your brain works is different from the people around you and you haven’t fallen in love with that part of yourself yet.
Energetic Tool #2: Reprogram Limiting Beliefs Around Spirituality With This “Ingredient”

Ingredients are the tools to help you reprogram beliefs and create actual shifts. They are statements that you then prove to be true to yourself.
We’re giving you a specific ingredient to start with! Write this in the Notes app on your phone, and every morning, clock tiny tiny micromoments that happened from the previous day proving this statement true:
“It is safe to trust my intuition ”
Examples of micromoments could be:
My intuition is always spot on - it told me I should reach out to my older sister yesterday and when I did, she told me she was having a hard week and was grateful I checked in.
I dropped out of college even though my parents didn’t support it because my intuition assured me I’d be okay. Now I’m making more than I ever would’ve with a degree.
Everyone at work is getting pressured into taking the flu shot. My intuition says I’m not a match for the flu this year, and I’m trusting it - no matter what everybody else is doing.
Physical Tool #1: Find Your Intuitive “Yes” and “No” In Your Body
This is how you become your own authority and decision maker on any spiritual/ religious aspects of your life. Intuition is a very physical thing! You can feel it in your body. And training your intuition allows you to be the master of knowing your truths and what’s most in alignment for you spiritually and religiously.
Action Step: Feel Intuition In Your Physical Body
In this tool, you’ll start to learn how to feel intuition in your physical body. Intuition has been that pit in your stomach, and it's also been that open/ expansive feeling you've experienced near your heart. Your body talks to you through your intuition!
✓ Your intuitive "no" feels heavy, closed, and constricted in your physical body. Your intuitive "yes" feels open and light. Your "yes" can also be goosebumps!
What you're going to do now is ask yourself two questions to see where in your body you feel your No and where you feel your Yes.
1) First, we'll find your No. The answer to this statement is going to be No, so see where you feel that. Ask "Doing heroin today is good for me" - repeat that 3 times and see what sensation comes up in your body and where. It might be stomach heaviness, tightness in throat, just note where your No is.
2) Now, let's find your Yes. The answer to this statement is going to be Yes, so see where you feel that. Ask "Drinking a glass of Alkaline water today is good for my health" - repeat that 3 times and see what sensation comes up. It might be an open heart, lightness in your chest, etc.
This is an example of what intuition can feel like! Start to use this tool asking certain yes/ no questions in your day to day life.
