    • Facilitator at retreats

    • Sits in on all live recordings from Allie and answering community questions in the chat

  • Director of Integration

    • Reports to COO

    • Leads project management, process development, and fulfillment in ops and intuition departments

    • Oversees HR processes: Hiring, onboarding, and team development

    • Strategizes + implements all backend automated sales

  • Team Intuitive

    • Reports to Director of Integrations

    • Leads intuitively-focused programs including webinars, 1:1s, Q+As, UYM, Advanced Intuitive Training, etc.

    • Facilitator at retreats

    • Sits in on all live recordings from Allie and answering community questions in the chat

  • Client Experience

    • Reports to COO

    • #1 goal is to create the highest + best journey for existing customers so that they have the desire to invest in us again with other programs

    • Manages inbox with Community Manager only specifically with existing cilents (examples: Intuitives’ 1:1 clients, billing quesitons, etc.)

    • All client journey communication: Show notes for courses, Kajabi reminder emails for lives, retreat, etc.)

    • Sit in on Lives to provide best client experience in chat

  • Senior Project Manager

    • Reports directly to Director of Integrations (for operations) and COO (for marketing)

    • Manages Kajabi systems (forms and its landing pages, automations, visual assets)

    • Edits pages in Squarespace (our website platform)

    • Creates assets for marketing as needed with COO

  • Community Manager

    • Reports to COO

    • #1 goal is to convert sales

    • Manages all Instagram DMs and comments

    • Manages conversations in inbox alongside Client Experience

    • Manages sales processes like FDF applications, 1:1 applications, etc.

    • Sit in on lives with goal of selling “one to many”
