Energetic Tool #1: Learn + Look at the “Reflection

Reflections are mirrors for us to see and recognize blocks we can shift. It's however we are being toward ourselves that gets reflected back to us in people, circumstances, and situations!

Whenever you get emotionally triggered about your thoughts/ beliefs, it's a REFLECTION. You know you're experiencing a reflection when you get triggered and feel upset, angry, annoyed, etc. Understanding these reflections so you have the ability to learn from them is the tool! Example below.

A reflection surrounding your thoughts and beliefs could be that maybe you find yourself judging people’s outfits while out in public. Ask yourself, “how do you feel like those people are being?”. Maybe you feel like they’re not taking care of themselves because they don’t put enough effort into what they wear. Now ask yourself, “where am I not taking care of myself?”. This could be present in the physical area of life with what you’re eating and how you’re treating your body.

Energetic Tool #2: Reprogram Limiting Beliefs Around Your Thoughts/ Beliefs With This “Ingredient

Ingredients are the tools to help you reprogram beliefs and create actual shifts. They are statements that you then prove to be true to yourself.

We’re giving you a specific ingredient to start with! Write this in the Notes app on your phone, and every morning, clock tiny tiny micromoments that happened from the previous day proving this statement true:

“Feeling like every thought I have is serving me ”

Examples of micromoments could be:

  • Yesterday I doubted whether or not my pitch at work was a good idea, and it showed me where I need to get more rooted in owning my potential.

  • I realized I hadn’t been to the doctor in over a year, so I booked my appointment yesterday and scheduled the next one before I left. That one thought helped me realize where I’d been delaying, and now I finally feel like I’m in control of my health.

  • Shifted my thought yesterday about a situation that would have previously triggered me and realized that is a super power. That thought gave me the idea to create a community where I can help others do the same.

Physical Tool #1: Regulate your nervous system


In order to shift our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves, we first need to lower our fight or flight. This is tied directly to our nervous system! By doing this, you gain control over the racing thoughts, the anxiousness, and the lack of clarity.

We’re starting here:

1) You’ll breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds at the top, then breathe out for 6 seconds. You’ll do that for SIX rounds.

2) Before starting though, you’ll close your eyes and visualize yourself (or set the intent) connecting to gold light from Source above, and pink light from the Earth below your feet. Then you’ll start your breathing.

Do this twice a day for the next week,

once in the morning before you begin work, and then again in the afternoon! It is going to help regulate your nervous system as you continue to integrate into your daily living. Don’t underestimate this!

Close your eyes, connect to gold and pink, and do these 6 rounds before you continue 🤍

Physical Tool #2: Address anxiety in the moment

If you start to feel anxious or overwhelmed, implement this in that exact moment:

1) Identify 3 things I can see. Go through all 3 before moving to the next step. Go slowly and feel each one.

2) Identify 3 things I can hear. Go through all 3 before moving to the next step. Go slowly and feel each one.

3) Identify 3 things I can smell. Go slowly and feel each one.

4) Then say the alphabet in your head all the way through.

These get you back in the moment, back into your body, present, and grounded.
